Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards

Refunds Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us at support@akixi.shop within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
